My daughter has trained with Evolution Basketball for two seasons, and her progress has been nothing short of amazing. The coaches blend solid fundamentals, conditioning, and strategy with a motivating (and sometimes humbling!) level of challenge each session. Even though basketball is a team sport, my daughter’s competitive streak definitely shines through — luckily, Evolution encourages both teamwork and personal drive. The instructors and kids alike are supportive, fun, and push one another to reach new highs every time. We plan to continue as she sets her sights on joining her school team next year. Highly recommend Evolution for families seeking top-notch coaching in a positive, growth-minded environment.

Evolution has been great for our daughter-she has been training with Doug for the last 4 years and continues to learn not just ways to strengthen her game, her game sense and leadership have been a huge focus! He has her laying out goals to help her outside in her individual training as well. Doug takes pride in these kids being leaders on and off the court, teaching them to communicate with teammates and coaches. She is learning all around how to be a great player!

Evolution Basketball has been part of our lives and has been a weekly routine year round since my son started training at 4th grade at the fieldhouse then permanently been at merrifield since 6th grade to present. My son is an 11th grade varsity guard at fairfax hs and his game was built from ground up by evobball. Evolution Basketball has taught him to play the right way and has armed him with the tools for success not only on the basketball court but also life in general. The mentorship he gets from the Evolution Coaches especially from Coach Doug and the guidance from Coach Alex have been very important in sharpening my student athlete to compete and reach his goals. Being a father of a student athlete i am very grateful to this program with all that the program has done for my son. Also being a former hooper and presently a high school and aau coach myself, i appreciate the way they run the program and know that my players are in good hands. i have seen Evolution's meticulous attention to detail teaching the basics and fundamentals of the sport, building up basketball IQ, guiding their young athletes to become the best that they can be while having fun. It feels like you are part of a family and community here, they also commnicate with the parents and keep the families informed of their kids' performance, which shows their genuine concern for the kids. i have a good number of my NOVA Cavs AAU and Chantilly HS players training with them and the results are very impressive. Their improvement is outstanding since they started training here. One of my players received multiple division 1 offers as a 10th grader and Evolution is a big part of that. Our CYA AAU program has hooked up all its teams with Evolution training and the feedback from our coaches and parents are very positive. The results are outstanding, it has elevated CYA's program to levels higher than before. My son is an Evobball lifer and i will always support and recommend this program to everyone i meet who is into basketball.
