⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve had a wonderful experience with Euro Tennis Fremont. Both of our kids, who play at the intermediate level, have shown noticeable improvement in their technique, consistency, and confidence on the court. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and do an excellent job of balancing skill development with fun and engaging drills. Euro team share evaluation report on time with detailed progress and area of improvement. The program is well organized, and the coaches provide individual feedback that helps each player continue progressing. Our kids look forward to every session and have become much more enthusiastic about tennis since joining. We highly recommend Euro Tennis Fremont to families looking for quality tennis instruction and a positive learning environment for young players.

To start off, I don't often write negative reviews online because I want small businesses to succeed and I know as a business owner myself that running one is not an easy task. I don't write negative reviews without multiple efforts to resolve the dispute beforehand. I also don't consider myself an unreasonably protective parent. In fact, this is the first time I have ever requested a refund or considered writing a negative review for a child care provider that we have used. That said, I want to share that our experience with Euro School of Tennis at the San Mateo location has been extremely disappointing. It wasn't until after the first day that we realized they were transporting children, including ours (many under 4'9" and some under 8) via Uber, without booster seats. Even after we pointed out that this is really unprofessional and unsafe, not to mention illegal, and requested a partial refund so we could just pick them up after the tennis portion, they refused, so I ended up taking time out of my work day to transport them for the rest of the week. They never told us that we should bring our own booster seats and it was not until I asked Prasun directly that he admitted they were not providing booster seats. This is a camp that serves children as young as 6. I have never heard of any other camp using Uber to transport children, and neither had anyone else I polled about this situation. For context, they charge $1057 for one child for a full week's camp (9-4), so they certainly make enough to arrange reliable, safe transportation. I know this is a lot of money. In fact, it's the most expensive camp we have ever paid for, by several hundreds of dollars. I had hoped that the high cost of the camp would translate into a professionally run operation, but apparently that was too much to hope for. NEVER signing up with this camp again. (This review is strictly about the decision makers/owners of the camp, not the coaches themselves, who we don't have any complaints about.)
