Was so excited for my daughters 11th birthday party here, we paid to have the whole pool for just our party, we paid extra to have to blow up “wibit” thing, the girls were so excited! my daughter picked only girls to come, all little girls ranging 8-11. The day came we go to the pool and there’s another party already in there waiting to get in the pool. And it’s a bigger party, with teenagers and mostly boys. Exactly what my daughter didn’t want. THE POOL DOUBLE BOOKED US. So trying to figure out the confusion, the kids had to share the party, even tho the other party wasn’t even on the calendar for that day!!! We tried fighting it but what could we do? It’s being ran by a bunch of teenagers who wouldn’t answer why this was happening. So we suck it up all the kids are there just watching and waiting to get in,they lose 20mins of swimming, because the staff just kept passing us to another person and not giving us answers,and then had to share the pool with a bunch of aggressive teens taking their floats and taking over the blow up thing, some of the girls from our party got out of the pool early because they just were uncomfortable, and we paid so this wouldn’t happen, but they let it. Then it came time to go to the party room, I was gathering the stuff to go in there and my friend comes in and goes, um so they are having you set up IN THE LOBBY!! They gave the party room to the people who weren’t even on the calendar!!! It was absolutely ridiculous, there’s was no room, we all smashed in this tiny lobby that was so hot parents had to hold the front doors open THE WHOLE TIME, 50 MINUTES!!!! Just standing in doorways to let air in because everyone was sweating bullets, it was so hot people were fanning themselves with plates. It was absolutely bs. And then they had the nerve to come into there and tell me to hurry up I only had 9mins left. AFTER THEY HAD US START THE PARTY LATE. Made us do the party in a tiny lobby with no room, the girls couldn’t even sit all together, but we needed to hurry for the next party. There wasn’t even a next party. It was absolutely unacceptable. They gave us a full refund but we don’t get our daughters birthday party back. We were in the books, even called and confirmed a week before, and we didn’t get anything we paid for. And the people not even on the books got the party room?? Like make it make sense!!! And the staff treated us like we were inconveniencing them??? it’s not cheap to have a party here and we paid for the extras too! but we paid, we did it for our girl to have a special day with her little girl friends, you can’t really just do a do over party. Very disappointed.

I've always love coming here this is the pool I learned how to swim in elementary school I still have the scar of where my two front teeth Dug into my lower lip when my chin hit that white separator between the deep and shallow ends because I was Dumb and jumped off it and my Grandma had to pick me up and take me to the hospital I started bringing my daughter here for swim lessons when she was 6 months old she absolutely loves it so much that we're doing it again at a year old she loves going to the public swim nights to keep her used to the water 90% of kids in the shallow end saw that there was a baby in the water and we're careful not to Splash around her or get too crazy and would warn other kids that got a little too crazy too close to be careful

I just want to say the Anna is such a great help in answering all my questions that I have had when signing up my kids and other questions. I really appreciate all she did and her help and also her responses it makes it so much easier, the actual place is great the instructor my kids got is great and water is very clean.

I recently visited after they reopened and it’s so nice! The community room that you can book is wonderful with lots of natural light. The water was SO CLEAN, it didn’t smell like chlorine at all which means they take care of their water. The staff was excellent and seemed really on top of safety. My only suggestion would be to add hooks near the showers and some kind of shelves to put shampoo on - but overall that’s minor! ALSO THE GOATS!! they have goats next door that are the cutest
