Energy Athletics is an indoor athletics facility at 243 Stafford St in Worcester and the home of the Energy Baseball and Worcester Union softball travel programs. Its summer offering is a series of baseball clinics rather than a week-long camp, and the club states that any child from any league can register for any clinic. The facility also runs softball clinics, private and group lessons, vacation-week clinics, and cage and turf rentals. Clinic dates, ages, and times are published on flyers and handled through the club's online booking portal.

Powered by GoogleWe had a very positive experience at Energy Athletics. Coach Corey and Coach Kosmo were always professional, welcoming, and supportive. They created an environment that helped the kids feel comfortable and confident, allowing them to relax, adjust to a new setting, and truly benefit from the lessons taught at each practice. We are very grateful for the care and dedication they showed throughout our time there.
We have had nothing but positive experiences with all staff and management at Energy Baseball. Our son has grown tremendously as a baseball player and young man due to being taught through well rounded expectations whether at the facility or on the field. The coaching has always been top notch and management is very responsive to any concerns.
My daughter is currently in her second season with Energy Baseball, this program goes above and beyond by not only focusing on baseball skills but also incorporating weight training, extra lessons, and a community service project into its curriculum. The coaching staff (Edwin Mendez, Rob Brown, Joe Porocelli ) just to name a few are exceptional, providing tailored training sessions that include strength and conditioning, which has significantly improved my daughters performance and confidence on the field. The extra lessons focus on skill development, that have helped her to refine her techniques in a supportive environment. Moreover, the organization lead by Ryan Petrone is top-notch, with clear communication regarding schedules, events, and expectations. It’s evident that he and his team prioritize the players’ development and well-being. Overall, I highly recommend Energy Baseball to any parent looking to provide their child with an enriching and enjoyable baseball experience that prepares their child for success both in sports and in life!
Energy has given my son the fundamentals of baseball that have allowed him the opportunity to travel and meet /play other baseball players from around the country and even internationally. The large indoor facility keeps the kids physically active all winter & able to practice no matter the outside weather. Coaches and instructors are honest, hardworking and engrain a positive sport and work ethic to their players that they then bring with them to high school baseball tryouts making them excellent candidates for JV & Varsity play. Our family highly recommends the Energy Athletics Baseball Organization, and are so grateful for the Energy family we have been blessed to be a part of for the last 7 years!
Proud for my son to be a part of Energy Baseball. Great facility and great coaches. Getting to practice for 6 months before games start gives players ability to be locked in and ready to go.
