We had such a great experience with this dance studio! Had a billing error and we were charged for a summer session my daughter didn’t attend. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating. He fixed the issue immediately—no questions asked—and the entire conversation was so pleasant. I truly appreciated how easy and stress-free it was to resolve the issue. It speaks volumes about the professionalism and care this studio puts into their families. Highly recommend!

Let me tell you our experience has been wonderful! Everyone is like family and I couldn’t be more happy. Maddie loves everyone there. Miss Trinity is the absolute best . This studio is the only dance studio we will be going too. Thank You for being a positive light in my daughter’s world .

It is disappointing that I had to leave because the dance teachers are great. My husband and I had a pleasant experience with Harry; one of the owners; and I also had a nice conversation with Harry's parents in the summer when I was trying to register my child. My thoughts being, " What lovely people." The other owner; Amy Feril; is very rude and disrespectful. I had a problem registering my daughter online for the Fall 2024 schedule. Noone was in the office to ask so I called and received text instructions where to go online. I asked again to confirm and apologized that I was not tech savvy. Amy responded with instructions and an exclamation mark back. Later, she tried to excuse that behavior as being "bubbly". I know the difference between bubbly vs. angry to help a customer. My advice is you will get better customer service somewhere else. I never received emails all summer because they had my name mispelled, even though I corrected it 5 times in person 😐.

Our granddaughter has had a great experience with this studio! It’s more than a dance studio or complex or company. It’s a family! One story stands out to me above all the others. Our granddaughter wanted to take a break and our kids (her patients) said yes. But she missed it. So she rejoined late in the semester. In fact, it was too late for her to be included in the end of the year recital. Our granddaughter understood but I’m sure it was still a challenge to prepare knowing she wouldn’t be performing. Then came the day the dancers would get their costumes for the big recital. Everyone had one except our granddaughter. 🥲 Well guess what? Amy and Harry gave our granddaughter a loaner costume! It was absolutely precious! “Pops and Mimsy” were filled with joy and will always be grateful for the gracious given to our little granddaughter! I cannot recommend Eminence highly enough!
