As an ex-gymnast, I love being able to attend the 13+ open gym whenever I’m missing the sport. Such a great atmosphere with well trained coaches. Great equipment as well! I love going with my friends, we always have such a great time

I LOVE this place. My stepdad is my coach and they let him come in and help me out for teen open gym. The equipment is SO nice and the staff are AMAZING! They are always kind and encouraging!

Teen Open Gym is honestly one of the best parts of the week! The atmosphere is super welcoming and fun, and it’s the perfect place for teens to just come hang out, stay active, and have a good time in a safe environment. The staff are really friendly, supportive, and always make sure everything runs smoothly while still letting everyone have freedom to enjoy themselves. There’s a great balance between structure and chill vibes, and it feels like a space where everyone belongs no matter their skill level. Whether you’re there to practice, play with friends, or just get out of the house, it’s always a good experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and positive place to spend time on a weekend

Where do I start, I’ve had countless distasteful experiences while coming to this gym. Firstly, they limit your use of their equipment, without notifying you before payment. The few times i’ve been here me and a friend of mine used their vault a minimum of 4 times before they abruptly limited the use of that as well. Their staff is incompetent and unprofessional, they have their teenage open gyms displayed weekly on their website but do not remove it the days they are closed. Even when I called and checked their website in advance when I arrived I found out they were closed or have canceled open gym. They DO NOT supply any sort of compensation for their careless mistakes and speak to customers without respect or empathy. Lastly their pricing is ridiculous, 25$ for a mediocre experience that has a 50% chance of not even happening. Other open gyms are half the price and not limited to half the gym. Every staff member apart from Erin Oden has been untrustworthy and lazy. I will in fact be going to Farmington Gymnastics and cheer instead for their great staff, cheap pricing and reliable events.

My son started here a little over a year ago in the Ninja classes, and it was such a great fit for him—it really gave him a class he looked forward to each week. The only reason we stopped was because we decided to give wrestling a try. Our 3-year-old daughter just started gymnastics here and is absolutely loving it! The staff is wonderful, the environment is fun and welcoming, and it’s been a great place for both of our kids. We also hosted my son’s birthday party here earlier this year, and it was a total hit. Highly recommend!
