This place is just massive. They have every kind of equipment you could think of. They run a million classes in every crevice of the building simultaneously. Some classes are most advanced than others. The one thing we love is the camp program. My kids have never complained about going. They go on field trips almost every day. That’s a great value. They come home worn out and happy. The staff is so kind and maintain order even with a room full of kids. And my kids are learning strong Christian values. They come home with a new story that they’ve learned each week. It’s nice to see.
I would not recommend this establishment. The building is old, smells unpleasant inside, and is not well-maintained. Communication has been consistently poor, and we’ve already had several issues—including one serious incident where my explicit instructions were ignored, ultimately resulting in law enforcement being involved. Most recently, my daughter had both a cheer showcase and a dance at her school on the same day. For the cheer event—which was recreational, not competitive—they expected her to arrive 3.5 hours early for photos and warm-ups which Is certainly a bit excessive . I never received any communication about this because their system was only sending notifications to her mother. I had already asked them to fix this issue, and they claimed it was corrected the day before the showcase . On the day of the showcase, I received a voicemail after warm-ups had started, simply asking when she’d be arriving and noting that she still had hours before her performance. I immediately called back twice but got no answer. I then texted the coach—whose contact information I had only obtained the day before after persistent effort—and was told that my daughter would not be allowed to perform. If the voicemail had made it clear that her participation was at risk, I would have left her school dance and brought her immediately. This pattern of disorganization and lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially when it impacts children. I would strongly recommend choosing a more reliable and professionally run program for gymnastics and cheer
This place has become a second home. Becca and Josh are fantastic coaches who really care about bringing out the best in their athletes. The ninja program is also great I have a special needs son that loves going and the coaches there work well with him. I have another son that goes to the daycare during the day and he loves their staff. He can't wait to go to "school" everyday. Highly recommend, worth every penny.
I am deeply disappointed with the staff and handling of situations at this gym/cheer studio. My experience was not only frustrating, but it highlighted a complete lack of professionalism and care for the well-being of the children they are meant to serve. During my fiancés legal custody time, he called ahead to inform the studio who would be picking up his daughter and asked for their assistance in letting his daughter know. Instead of adhering to this simple request, the staff misguidedly sought permission from the other parent, which was unnecessary and entirely inappropriate. His custody order does not require her mother’s permission for pickups during his time. When his pickup person arrived with court documents in hand to confirm everything, the staff witnessed a shocking and aggressive altercation where the mother physically blocked access to his daughter, surrounded by others, creating an unnecessary and emotionally harmful scene. Rather than step in to assist, the staff refused to get involved, outright ignored our pleas for help, hung up on his call, and even refused to pick up when he tried to reach them again. This could have all been avoided had someone stepped in to facilitate or simply followed the legal custody documentation provided. His daughter had to be exposed to an upsetting altercation, and law enforcement eventually had to be called. After a police officer threatened action against her mother, the situation was resolved with his child being returned to us—but this all took nearly an hour of unnecessary stress for everyone involved, including his child. On top of this, the studio has continually ignored the court order requiring both parents to be informed of sign-ups, schedules, competitions, or changes. He's been left out of every important decision and event related to his daughter’s involvement here. It’s clear this studio has a severe bias toward the female parent and lacks regard for fairness, legality, or the emotional well-being of the children. To any parent considering this place for their child, I encourage you to think again. This studio does not adhere to court-ordered custody agreements, allows unsafe and chaotic pick-up situations to unfold, and frankly, does not seem to care about doing the right thing. If you value the safety and emotional stability of your children, I urge you to avoid this place. They do not stand up for their students, nor do they address serious situations responsibly.
