Powered by GoogleOne more bad review! I fully back every bad experience written about this disgraceful “Academy”… ripoff’s is what they behave like at ENA… a few months ago I enrolled my daughter in one of their programs, couldn’t continue for reasonable causes, advised of these to management via voice messages, but never received a single response, so no refund… they ended up keeping the $$ never heard from them… easy math (=ripoffs)!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine recreational activities for kids (no professional attention and lacking reasonable customer service)!!! You can keep the rating for the bad experience as well!
Such a poorly managed place. As previous reviews said, they behave as though they're doing you a favor by allowing you to take classes here. No one answers the phone, multiple requests by text yield curt and insufficient answers. The teachers don't speak to parents about their kids'progress. So the idea is just keep paying them perpetually without any sense of progress or acknowledgement. We will not be returning.
If there was a way to rate 0 stars, I would. Unbelievably unprofessional and rude is a nice way to explain the manager. When I called to explain that my 4 year old daughter would not be in class anymore because she was feeling uncomfortable for reasons she cant completely explain( due to her age of 4), The manager told me that she is going to question my parenting skills. What kind of person says that to a costumer, let alone a manager. Before going to this facility I urge you to look at the other reviews and know that the service is below average. They never pick up the phone, the front desk is always empty, the manager will not do her job, and they will continue to charge you even when you want to pull your kid out for good reason, saying that that is their policy when I have never actually signed a contract.
We tried to register our 12 year old daughter for the competitive team. After many many phone calls never returned, we went to ENA and booked an appointment for an evaluation. She did the evaluation and she was waiting anxiously for an answer on where she would be placed since the coach didn’t have time to talk to us after the evaluation. She waited and waited and no email nor phone call for the placement. No need to say that we are done waiting and went to another gymnastic place! Awful experience!!!! Never answer their phone or emails!!!!
I have never dealt with an organization that treats people and children like trash the way they do. The heavy-set woman at the front desk is rude and obnoxious and has zero ability to communicate effectively. I have been taking my daughter there for over three years, and I have always made payment on the first day of the new session, but today, they refused to accept payment and told my daughter to call to get picked up because "Oh no, honey, you've already been replaced." How does anyone say that to a child!!! I've also had issues with getting calls and physical messages being returned, but today was the last straw. This would be zero stars if it could have been...We will never step foot in there again and I will tell anyone and everyone I know about this experience. Shame on you!!!
