★Maria HouckI wish we had a better experience but for my 8th grade son, he didn’t learn anything new, he was not challenged in any way, and the coaching did not contribute to his skills in a meaningful way. On top of that, the elementary gym space was not meant for his age group and affected his shooting because the ball would hit the ceiling on his three point shots. Finally, when I shared this feedback with the director, he said he would do nothing to improve the rest of the trainings. We paid a lot and didn’t feel that we got what we paid for - it was about $26 per hour long session. My son gets far more out of open gym than this. We had been considering joining the competitive league but can no longer trust that our investment would be worth it. Poor customer experience.
