Eagle's Wings Athletics runs week-long gymnastics summer camps at its Anna campus with full days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for ages 5 and up and half-day sessions from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. for ages 3 and up; families can mix and match sessions or drop in by the day. Campers get free time on gymnastics equipment, trampolines, obstacle courses, games and skill instruction, and full-week full-day campers get a water-park day on Thursday and a field trip on Friday included. Extended care is available 7-9 a.m. and 5-6 p.m. for a fee, campers bring a sack lunch, and children must be at least 3 and fully potty trained. The gym states it is not a trained special-needs facility.

Life happens and it’s expected, but I was impressed with their response. They took ownership of the oversight and are working to make things right. I respect that and I hope this works out!! This place gets really great reviews, however, we were super disappointed with our experience. My daughter went to the free class to establish her skill level and they told us that they were really interested in adding her to their competition cheer team. The coach was supposed to email me information two different times and she never did. I’m sure they are great but they really let us down. My daughter was really disappointed and I don’t have any faith in a place that I have to contact over and over to get a response. It doesn’t make me have much confidence in their abilities.
