The atmosphere is organized, welcoming, with always some giggles here and there - it is clear the coaches have a great rapport with the parents and kiddos. I couldn't be any luckier to have found this gym! Who knew how much it was needed! Even Coach Courtney (the owner) is setting aside time to play with my one year old on small gyms so I can learn the basics of spotting while he's walking and playing on a small indoor gym that we have! She truly cares about the people in her gym. We are so thrilled to be part of DGA!
★★★★★DanMy Son DJ trains at DGA with Coach Steve doing catching, batting and speed and agility. Coach Steve is an awesome coach and is super knowledgeable. He has literally transformed my son into a fantastic Catcher. His batting is 100 times better now also. The staff is professional and the facility is awesome. I would recommend DGA and especially Coach Steve for any baseball needs.

I participated in a self-defense class led by one of their coaches, and it was very insightful. The coach provided demonstrations of techniques, maneuvers, and agility drills that were designed to simulate real-life scenarios, of which we were able to pair up with a partner to practice what we learned. While classes like this can sometimes feel intimidating, I feel that it was a good balance between being informative and making the experience enjoyable and lighthearted. I also noticed that DGA offers a variety of training (baseball/softball, gymnastics, strength, etc)—definitely worth checking out if you're looking for quality instruction in a supportive and personable environment!
