Dulles Sportsplex

Unfortunately, my experience at Dulles Sports Complex has been disappointing. Whenever I come to this venue, it’s filthy and dirty, with trash everywhere and overall improper conditions. There is also a noticeable moldy smell, and the place feels very clumsy and poorly maintained. When I visited for the first time, I thought it might just be temporary and assumed it would be cleaned up. However, on my recent second visit, it was in the same condition. I really hope they improve cleanliness and maintenance going forward.

For the event I went to, parking was atrocious. The gravel lot had no markings, or anyone directing traffic so cars were just parked wherever they fit, blocking in quite a few cars. No alternatives posted anywhere other than printed out signs at the door/inside the facility stating that surrounding businesses will tow if you parked in their lot. Inside, the court was ridiculously packed and chaotic. Im not sure if there was a manager on site? There was no semblance of any kind of rules being enforced to keep things safe. There were weigh-ins and warm up practices happening in the hallway for athletes, with everyone else trying to access the court to watch the event. Women's bathroom only had 3 working toilets. Looked like it doubles as the changing room so the line was consistently out the door. Overall it was not a good experience. The place seems understaffed and poorly managed. I dont think I will attend another event held here.

We had our boys soccer themed 10th birthday here and it was an AH-mazing experience!! Diana and Sara were so helpful, organized and friendly!! The decor was perfect and coach was awesome! We will be back!

This is hands down the WORST venue our kids play at and we play at a lot of venues for travel basketball. 1) It’s dirty and SO dusty. The players are sliding all over the courts, someone is bound to get hurt. Every time we play here my allergies act up. There is so much dust that I just saw a man take his kids basketball shoes and hit them together to knock the dust off! 2) The courts are blue and the lines are black but barely visible. There are so many different lines on the court that it’s hard to look at. 3) Parents have to watch from an upstairs landing through a black net, which makes this already terrible experience even worse. It’s a disgrace. If this is a reflection of the Michael & Sons brand they should be embarrassed.

My toddlers have been attending Dulles Sportsplex Bug Program for over a year and I love the skills they have improved on. Listening, following instructions, their mobility has enhanced(running, kicking and tapping the ball for a long period of time, and so forth). The staff are all extremely helpful and are always there to assist you. The coaches are also extremely patient and they have a really good connection with keeping the toddlers entertained and motivated. I love seeing the smile on my kids faces and hear them talk about their soccer experience off the field. Hands down this is such a great place for my toddlers to have fun and interact with other kids while learning a sport they might play in the future. Thank you coaches for all that you do, you are the MVP.
