Dulles Gymnastics Academy runs weekly themed summer camps combining gymnastics and ninja obstacle training with arts and crafts, inflatables, water play and themed games. Camps run Monday-Friday with a full day from 9:00am to 4:00pm, or half days from 9:00am-12:30pm or 12:30pm-4:00pm; enrollment is open to the public through the gym's online portal and an early-bird discount takes $50 off full-day week-long camps. The Arcola-area facility is nut-free and campers bring their own lunch, snacks and water bottle. The academy also runs preschool, recreational, ninja and trampoline/tumbling classes year-round.

Powered by GoogleMy daughter has been coming here for about a year now, and overall she enjoys the gym environment, the space, and the friendships she’s made. However I feel like I’ve seen very little progress in her gymnastics skills despite how passionate she is about it. It often feels like she rarely learns anything new from class to class, and lately I’ve noticed she’s stopped practicing at home. I worry she’s slowly losing interest because she isn’t being challenged enough or given opportunities to continue developing her skills. I truly appreciate the positive environment and teachers are nice, but I hope there can be more focus on helping students progress and stay motivated as they grow.
I enrolled my two kids here around August 2025 and my original experience was a little iffy, but they've definitely found their footing now. as an established business in a new area/building, I know there were a few things that needed to be ironed out. I heard a lot of mixed reviews originally, but I am so glad my kids stayed and stuck with this place. their teachers have really proved to be so patient and shown the care and consideration they have towards the young ones. my son loves gymnastics, but he's 3 and not the best listener. they have some established gymnasts as their teachers and they have been a delight to work with. my daughter, 9, has also very much enjoyed her time here & has made fantastic progress! highly recommend this facility for your children to really grow and learn! big shout-out to Kayla, Erin, Grey, Jada & Ari (I hope I spelled their names right) !
Our two daughters have been at Dulles for a little over a year now participating in trampoline and tumbling. They have a well managed, clean facility and excellent coaches. Highly recommend their programs.
Good classes, lots of time options, and engaged coaches. Their new building is a big upgrade but there are some misses - the viewing windows are too high so you can't see out of them when sitting and they're small so most of the seats can't see in. Also, the door between the lobby/viewing area and the gym is way to heavy. Kids struggle to open it and I constantly am scared little fingers are going to get smooshed. Unfortunate oversights considering a lot of gyms are usually really open viewing areas. Also no photos or videos allowed? I know privacy is important, but the fact I can't barely see my kid, there's not much room for others to come watch, and I can't send a few photos feels weird.
Transition between the classes (timeslots) are worst. There’s a higher possibility that your kid will get lost if you’re not around the door. Very over crowded and no sitting area for parents.
