We had an unexpected delay with our catering, which meant we had to change the order of our planned activities. Their team handled it with so much kindness, flexibility, and professionalism. Not once did they make us feel stressed, they simply adjusted everything and kept the party flowing smoothly. As a special needs mom, I always walk into venues a little anxious because not every place understands how important patience, adaptability, and a welcoming environment are for children with different needs. Dream Free Art went above and beyond in every way. They were incredibly accommodating, understanding, and genuinely caring toward Emily and our family. Most importantly, Emily had an AMAZING time. We had a wonderful experience with the Ornament Bar! We were welcomed with joy and did not feel rushed. Tina was very friendly, pleasant to interact with, and very attentive to our needs. It was clear that she loved her job because she was very good at it. There was an abundance of materials to work with to make a great variety of ornaments. Most importantly, we had a wonderful family time while creating, and now, each time we look at the ornaments we made, we would be reminded of the beautiful quality time we had while making them. Our daughter had an amazing 6th birthday party at Dream Free Art. We loved the custom birthday sign they have in the party area, and the kids had so much fun painting their own t shirts. Everything was super organized and the staff was really helpful and friendly. One detail I thought was really special is the staff hung some of the t-shirts lower so the toddlers could reach them. A little thing that goes a long way. The kids were calmer than I expected so we didn’t have any paint chaos, just fun!
