I strongly encourage any parent of a child with a disability/ Autism Spectrum Disorder to avoid this program at all costs. Staff is negligent and those in charge seem to be too overwhelmed to take on any new challenges or concerns. My children have been in this after school program for two years and two of my three, were bullied and physically assaulted. Upon submitting a formal complaint with evidence of the abuse, staff failed to follow a no contact contract. They did however make arrangements to move the students to a higher grade level and gave me assurance that a friend or two may join them, as to prevent them from feeling alone. Rather than moving the children (abusers) they moved my children and left my youngest with a disability alone with a higher grade level than his own. I spoke with the owner of the program and management but one thing is clear, no one is following up on arrangements that are made with staff at the afterschool school program. My middle and oldest have had to defend many other students with disabilities from both other children and even staff from mocking them or simply ignoring them. This program should be shut down and/ or investigated before a major tragedy happens.

If I could give them no stars I would. My son is 5 years old and he's adjusting to kindergarten. My son was dismissed from the program because he runs around. I work and my husband works, they would call multiple times because my son was running and they couldn't handle it so they wanted him to be picked up "early". In my opinion if I'm going to pick up early then my child doesn't need to be there. I went to pick up both of my boys today and I was told aggressively that my 5 year can't come back but my 8 year old can stay. I told them that I had paid for the month and my youngest should finish out the month. They refused. So now I need to adjust my work schedule to able to get my children off the bus. Plus, there is only 1 teacher for 15-20 children for each age group. Now I have to wait for a refund and I'm already fighting the last after care to get my refund and it been almost 2 months since they were shut down by the OCPS.

Just simply the worst after care program. The andover elementary branch. Can't even handle a 5 year old student with potential adhd as explained from day 1. And then kicked/ dismissed my child from after care not even 14 days into the school year. Under staffed and unknown how to handle children, unorganized I am completely disappointed with these services and I hope the district dismisses this company. As a disabled veteran I am now forced to adjust my day job as well as my night job due to the inconvenience of this staff.

I would like to share my experience with this afterschool program, which unfortunately has been extremely disappointing. If possible, I would rate them zero stars. Before enrolling my son, I spoke directly with the owner to explain his specific needs, including how he should be approached, what may frighten him, and strategies that would best support his adjustment. Despite this detailed conversation, the staff responded in the complete opposite manner. Within the first week, I was approached in an unnecessarily aggressive way. By the second week, my son was discharged from the program. This was his very first experience in an afterschool program, while also adjusting to kindergarten. Rather than supporting his transition as promised, the staff showed little effort in following through with the guidance I provided. It is evident that they lack the training, staffing, and understanding required to support children—particularly those who may need extra patience and care. From my experience, the program prioritizes convenience and profit over the well-being of the children. If your child has any type of challenges or requires additional support, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Location: Orlando, Fl

Your experience will depend on the school and the staff. I am very dissatisfied with this company, and when I removed my kid, they continued charging me months later. The worst is that when I eventually got a refund, they kept a 10.00 processing fee both times. This gives me the inclination that money is a motive, and not customer service. However, removing my child and putting him in karate has been more beneficial for the both of us. Do your research parents.
