I recently attended a tournament to root for my littlecousin, and I was shocked by the way the owner treated patrons. The lack of respect and professionalism displayed was disappointing and completely unnecessary. As someone who values supporting local businesses, it's disheartening to see management act in a way that alienates the very people who help keep the doors open. Places like this often fail to thrive when they lose the support of their patrons, and unfortunately, it seems like this establishment is heading in that direction unless significant changes are made. The fields are well-maintained through.

M y son recently participated in a tournament at this facility. Overall, the facility itself is acceptable; however, the customer service and merchandise offered were quite disappointing. The owner charged fees for bringing youth, and the merchandise available for sale was in poor condition and extremely overpriced. Throughout the event, the owner displayed an arrogant demeanor, and at the conclusion of the tournament, he hurriedly asked the children to leave the merchandise store and rushed everyone out of the facility. It is unfortunate to encounter such unprofessional behavior from an owner. I spoke with several other parents who also shared negative experiences with the same individual. It is no surprise that the reviews of this facility are terrible, if you can avoid going here, do it by all means.

I recently participated in a tournament as an assistant coach for 14U on November 9-10. The location itself is pleasant, and the fields are well-maintained. However, it has significant issues with the owner and the customer service. Unfortunately, they displayed rude and arrogant behavior, which made the experience less enjoyable. The staff lacked basic interpersonal skills and treated customers poorly, including the owner. In the event of rain that cancels games, they are unwilling to refund money, making it extremely difficult to receive any reimbursement. Moreover, they charge fees for young children, which seems unreasonable. Additionally, the facility has a shop that sells baseball equipment. I was surprised to see a bat priced at $4,000, which is not an exaggeration. Other bats, which appeared to have been used to hit rocks , were priced at $350. This raises concerns about the overall pricing and quality of the equipment offered. The establishment has a three-star review rating for a reason, it’s all true, I would advise others to consider alternative locations if possible. I gave a one-star rating, because I had to give at least one. I would’ve love to illustrate the validity of various reviews, including the three-star rating for this establishment, unfortunately I can’t upload videos. The owner became upset with my honest feedback, which I believe is the primary purpose of reviews. They are meant to provide constructive criticism, not personal attacks. Unfortunately, some individuals struggle to accept such feedback. In response to my review, the owner kicked me out of the facility and threatened to remove my son team me from the premises. I complied without resistance and left the campus. He then informed one of the umpires about the situation. I must commend the umpires; they were exceptionally professional and skilled in their roles. Returning to the owner’s reaction, it is evident that he could not handle the truth. He took the drastic step of banning me from the campus, despite my lack of intention to return. This action only reinforces my point about his behavior. His response was not only rude but also unprofessional, as it seemed to be an attempt to cause collateral damage to my team rather than address the feedback constructively. I did not say anything untrue, and my comments are supported by many other reviews written by different people. When I informed parents and the rest of the team about my situation, they decided to read my review. Many people around me agreed that my assessment was accurate. However, they are now hesitant to share their own reviews because they fear retaliation from the owner. This situation highlights the challenging environment at this facility. I wish I had taken pictures of the bats that were present, as the owner accused me of making false claims. Having visual evidence would have helped support my case.

Our baseball family recently visited DPC Baseball Field in Garner , NC, and was appalled by the experience. The owner was exceptionally rude and dismissive, especially towards individuals with disabilities. Shockingly, the facility lacks proper wheelchair access, making it nearly impossible for those with mobility challenges to attend events. Even more concerning, service animals are not permitted on the premises, a clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Under the ADA, businesses must allow service animals to accompany individuals with disabilities in all areas where the public is permitted. Adding insult to injury, the venue charges an exorbitant $10 admission fee for everyone, including small children. There are no standard concessions available; instead, patrons are forced to purchase from overpriced food trucks. The owner’s entitled and discriminatory behavior is unacceptable. This establishment should be held accountable for its blatant disregard for accessibility and customer service. I strongly advise against supporting this venue until significant improvements are made.

I've gone here often for games in tournaments. It's always clean. Easy parking. Nice facility. A few weeks ago, my son wanted a specific bat that was discontinued. He found one on eBay. I firmly believe in shopping local. I posted in a baseball group asking about the bat. Murray responded and I went and picked it up. The transaction was easy, quick and exactly what he wanted. Thanks Murray for letting this mama be the hero and showing up with the "hot bat" to his first game of his Senior year. Ward has hit 1 home run and had several that were close. Definitely going to message him when we need more! Thank you from this tired and crazy baseball mama ❤️
