★★★★★Brendan BaileyThe Salamanders are a hidden diamond that many people don’t even know about. My wife and I went to a game for Father’s Day/10 yr Anniversary. The parking is plentiful and right next to the stadium. The stadium is modern but quaint. The service is great. We bought the meal deal which was good. The in-game programming is fun and appealing to fans. Sal the mascot, field host, mascot/fan race around the bases, all kids running the bases, etc. It’s cheaper than a Durham Bulls game and just as fun. I would love to see a larger scoreboard and video board. 6/21/2026 - We’ve been to two games in 2026 and it’s even more fun. The in-game promos are fun for kids and adults. The team is good and it’s a great experience. Parents with kids need to check it out!

The concessions were pretty good, had lots of good local draft beer ice cream and smoothies. The only minor issue was the girl on the mic facilitating the events she screamed into the microphone. I wish she would have just spoke in a normal tone there is no need to scream when you are using a microphone. Anyways great experience for all ages!

Standing around signing everything they put in front of them. My only knock... the food quality is a bit off. Currently near the bottom of my stadium hot dog list.
