I did not feel this place was autism friendly. My 4 year old was excited to try it out and during his first time they didn’t help him out because he needed them to explain and show things to him and they just let him wander off. I was told he was the reason the class couldn’t be completed because they wanted to work one on one with other children instead of him. They recommended him to be placed with the 1 year olds that could barely walk. I paid for the 45 minute trial and he was only there for about 15 minutes total. When we were leaving I witnessed the same girl I was told would “help” him working one on one with a girl from the group. I had called two different times to make sure this class would be a good fit for him and asked the first desk again when we got there and she reassured me he was fine. When we were leaving she was very rude and rushing me to leave with him. Very disappointed with how he was treated.

I wanted to sign my daughter up for there 4 year old peogram and the women at the front desk is extremely rude. Wanted to go here because I have family and friends that take their children here but after calling twice and the same rude arrogant women answers and acts like me calling is interrupting her day I chose to sign my 4 year old up elsewhere.

I brought a friend in for open gym/free play with no instructor. The website clearly advertises this option at $15, yet upon arrival she was charged $30 for 45 minutes as a first-time visitor. When questioned, the receptionist stated that prices had increased but the website had not been updated, and that a $10 annual fee was also required—none of which was disclosed online for drop-in visitors. Charging customers prices that differ from what is advertised is unacceptable and misleading. After raising concerns about the inaccurate pricing, only $5 was refunded, which does not resolve the larger issue of being improperly charged based on false advertising. As a long-time member who has referred others for years, this experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. First-time visitors should not be subjected to unclear fees—especially for unstaffed open gym time. Pricing transparency and integrity need serious improvement.

Jennifer at the front desk/floor manager is extremely rude. Have interacted with her twice via telephone and she is snarky, rude, and won’t even attempt to help when you ask her. She has a smug face huffs and puffs. Can someone give her some customer service training already? It’s quite off putting.
