Powered by GoogleI've been going to this studio for about 2 years now to take the adult dance classes and I've always had a wonderful experience! Attending the adult dance classes at this studio is by far my favorite part of the week. The studio owner and dance instructors provide such a positive, non-judgmental, supportive, and all around fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!
THE BEST DANCE STUDIO. EVER. STUDIO OF THE YEAR PERIOD. no other studio like this. the creativity is like nothing compared to any other studio in the area/ state and the welcoming environment is soooo worth it. The owner is one of the most down to earth people there is and will train these kids to become stars. They teach discipline & self exploration which seems to not be for everyone, but if you want your kid to do something they love and potentially have a career in the arts, this is the place to be.
Highly unorganized. Totally unprofessional. Complete lack of communication. Charged us two months of tuition for *two classes* in the month of June; did not inform us there would be no classes for the majority of the month. I'd have left 0 stars if it had been an option. A complete and utter shame.
The dance studio was recommended by a friend. Overall, my experience with the studio has been wonderful. Our little one is enrolled in the Creative Movers program (I commend Dominique for her hard work and patience with 20 girls between 4 and 6). The program included ballet, tap, tumbling and hip-hop. The practices were held on Tuesday and Wednesday. The pricing was extremely reasonable. My only suggestion would be to include a list of the average cost for the end of program recital. This would be extremely helpful to first time dance students/parents. Maybe a list of required and helpful items to have handy. Honestly, it's nothing too crazy just helpful for first time dancers. - black leotards - pink tights - pink ballet slippers - sneakers used only indoors for hip-hop - black tap shoes - comfy gear for tumbling or loose clothing - garment bags if you decide to continue - medium size bag for dance gear (Costumes fee's for recital are separate from your monthly fee's, just a heads up). For the recital you may need items: shoes, make up and/or accessories. Just plan accordingly! Dominique, Phyllis, assistant instructors are all amazing. It is an openly inviting environment filled with positive children! This studio encourages positive self-image. Boy and girls of all shapes, sizes and colors are here. The older students will teach the beginners and assist at the recitals. I absolutely love it! We will be enrolling in all future events. This place is something special. *Important* I felt it extremely important to mention the parents/mothers of the dancers. ALL of the ladies are helpful and kind! Overall experience would be a 10 out of 10.
Best dance studio in Central NY, a place where everyone is accepted, where we trust the process and dare to be different #DDC🧡🖤🧡🖤
