Powered by GoogleWe had an outstanding experience working with the District Irish Dance Academy! They recently helped provide dancers for an event we hosted in Tysons, VA, and everything exceeded expectations. Kendal and Joe were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. The dancers themselves were talented, energetic, and brought a fun, engaging atmosphere to our event. They truly elevated the experience for our guests. Highly recommend District Irish Dance Academy, we look forward to working with them again!
I have been taking adult classes for several months now and am loving every second of it. Joe, Bern, and Sarah are true professionals and run each class with great precision. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to try something new, DIDA is a welcoming and kind environment. The friendships with my fellow adult dancers are the cherry on top.
Joe and Bern are true professionals! They are quick to respond to emails and I love how encouraging Bern has been while teaching classes. They come to class prepared to teach and are patient with the kids. I’m very happy to have my daughter be part of their program.
I have been taking classes at District Irish Dance for a little over a year now and have absolutely loved it. Joe and Bern are both amazing teachers and make classes so enjoyable. So glad I signed up with DIDA!
I was just visiting my sister in DC and came across signs for this dance school. I have been interested in trying out Irish dance for a while now, so I thought I would give a class a try (they offer a first class for free!). The class I took was Celtic Fit which is combo Irish step dance with fitness moves. I was blown away by how much fun I had! In addition to being a great workout (wow those steps are challenging!), it was so much fun and the instructor (his name is Joe, supposedly he used to tour with Riverdance) made the entire class experience lively and engaging. I wish District Irish Dance was closer to me, otherwise I would totally try out one of their weekly class programs! Now I'm just trying to convince my sister to sign up!
