DTC is a treasure here in Wilmington. I've truly enjoyed every show we have been to. Performers have been excellent. If you're in Wilmington join the DTC. If visiting, catch a show and spread the word.

Saw a musical here while in town. I was warmly helped by the box office. The inside of the theater had great viewlines from every seat. I noticed a few wobbly seniors struggling with the stairs. As far as the show… the lead actor had many off-pitch moments, especially when singing in duet or with the ensemble. The ensemble, likewise had many off-pitch moments. The story (Glory Ride) was moving, and the cast and production team did a great job delivering it with heart. Technically (eg lights, props, sound, costumes) everything was perfect.

I took my kids to see Shrek the Musical here. It was an awesome experience. The venue had decent on site parking. The seating was good, and auditorium fitting. I would come back to see another show that I’m interested when I return to the area.

Every seat offers a great view of the stage, and the sound quality is excellent. However, be prepared—the air conditioning is quite strong. I recommend wearing long sleeves, as some members of our group found it uncomfortably cold.

We recently saw “Tuesdays with Morrie” at the Delaware Theatre Company and thoroughly enjoyed both the production and the venue. The theater itself is modern, conveniently located, and comfortable, with excellent sightlines throughout. The performance was moving and well-executed. Highly recommend!
