Davidson Community Players, a nonprofit community theatre serving Lake Norman, runs more than 50 summer theatre camps for ages 4-16 across Davidson and Cornelius. Options range from half-day camps that introduce theatre through themed weeks (Frozen, Moana, Harry Potter, Dungeons & Dragons) to two-week performance intensives that stage a full Junior musical. Its youth division, the Connie Company, also offers year-round classes and productions in acting, musical theatre and improv.
