★Thee ElementI was very excited about learning what this studio was like and referring some young ladies I knew to this place. Not anymore. I was literally standing outside when a young lady pulled up. As she walked to the door, I walked over and asked “Hey! Is this your studio?” She responded “No u just work her.” Before I could ask more questions, she said “I have to go and turn off the alarm.” She closed the door and locked it. So rude and not welcoming at all. I quickly called my referrals and told them this is not the place. Terrible customer service
