Dance Carolina is a non-competitive dance school at 200 E. South Main Street in historic downtown Waxhaw, teaching ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop and contemporary from age 3 up and serving Waxhaw, Indian Land, Weddington, Wesley Chapel and the wider Union County area. Its summer session runs across June and July and includes camps that meet Monday through Thursday, with a craft fee built into tuition; a deposit of half the tuition is due at registration and the balance by June 1. Summer registration opens online in March.

With strong classical training, several very passionate instructors who are all dedicated entirely to the style of dance they teach, and a studio owner who wants nothing more than to see every single dancer, regardless of age or skill level, succeed, grow, and above all, feel confident and happy with themselves and their own personal performance. I am now headed into the professional world of dance, and I owe it all to this studio.
