If I could give zero stars I would! I went in to swim laps today; the short, elderly lady that has longer grey hair, yet again, didn't acknowledge me coming in or leaving yet spoke to other members. I have never said anything out of the way or been disrespectful to her; this isn't the 1st time I've been treated this way by her and not the first time I've said something; they say it has been addressed, yet she's still just as mean!!! I can easily take my membership elsewhere, not that it'll matter, as to me, it comes across as I'm just a number and don't matter!!! Do better DA Turner YMCA...Do better! I shouldn't get to my car and be in tears due to how your staff continues to treat me like trash and get away it with, as it doesn't seem to be important enough for the issue to be dealt with!!!

We registered my daughter for cheer back in November. We paid registration and never heard back from anyone. We have tried calling, we’ve checked our YMCA account, and have emailed people. The girl at the front desk barely knew what she was doing when registering but we really don’t like our money just being taken and gone. We have not received any form of refund either. Will not be recommending to people.

The place itself is good for equipment the pool what you're able to do within the facility customer service could be better and their communication could be better especially when it comes to the pool and your ability to use it and when to use it.
