D-bat is an amazing experience! I have a 12 year old daughter who is into softball and this place was like heaven for her. Staff is super friendly and the facility is clean and state of the art. I was highly impressed. Highly recommend if you have a softball or baseball player. I coach her team and will be recommending all my players to go there and get some swings in.

We visited the Windsor location yesterday. I must say I was beyond impressed. I am a single mom whose son recently started getting into baseball and has been really wanting to go to the batting cage. His friend told him about D-Bats and he kept asking to go. I will say I had a bit of anxiety because I know nothing about batting cages. We made a reservation online. When we showed up, I had my son and nephew with me, the staff was absolutely amazing. They helped my nephew put grip tape on his bat and gave us the full run down on how their cages work. The owner Tyler was so welcoming and very helpful in making our experience something my son will remember forever. We absolutely plan on coming back! I highly recommend them!

I have been a member for quite some time, and each year we typically pause our membership and then resume it for baseball and softball season. Unfortunately, this will be the first year we have decided to cancel our membership permanently due to a noticeable decline in the overall quality of the facility. First, the pitching machines malfunction far more frequently than they should, and the quality of the baseballs and softballs being used is very poor. Many of them are misshapen and no longer round, which negatively impacts training and consistency. Additionally, one of our favorite features — the HitTrax simulator — has been out of service for months, which is very disappointing given that it’s a major draw of the facility. Second, cage availability has become a major issue. It is extremely difficult to find or reserve space. On one occasion, we were fortunate enough to get a cage to hit in, only to be placed in a pitching lane in the far back WITH THE LIGHTS COMPLETELY OUT OF ORDER. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN AND SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN IN A PAID TRAINING FACILITY. On top of this when we want to schedule lessons at the front desk we are told that the instructor we go to has availability but the cages are all reserved so we can’t secure a lesson. Lastly, while I understand that team practices are part of an indoor facility, one team in particular was extremely loud and disruptive during our visit. Players were roughhousing and tackling each other nearby while we were trying to train, which made it very difficult to focus and felt unsafe. We have been members of D-BAT for a long time and truly hope improvements are made. When D-BAT is running properly, we have genuinely enjoyed our time there. However, due to the ongoing issues and lack of improvement, we have decided to cancel our membership until meaningful changes are made

First time being here and we will be back! I love the no reservation batting cages. We worked in with a group of 4-5 people and everyone was helping pick up balls and reload the machine. Good atmosphere and the young lady working the counter was super helpful! This is the kind of establishment that gives the sport such a good name. The pitching machines take a minute to figure out timing on, but I love the setup for hitting. You select baseball/softball, fastball/curveball, and speed and get 15 pitches. Such a good setup and so easy to use. Really great setup and atmosphere. Thanks!
