★Shan RDespite paying nearly 100$a month, we are shortchanged by this pathetic D-bat management, which is completely apathetic to the long wait times and unavailability of hitting machines. Two of the machines have been non-functional for more than a year (except a couple of weeks when they magically worked) and they have done zilch about it despite numerous complaints. Running such a poorly maintained facility despite grabbing 1200$ a year is scam and I plan to take them to BBB to make them accountable. If you are not a member already, avoid this place. I myself am considering switching to Base by Pros. Their apathy is appalling.
