I am retired and I am going to daily aqua exercises and using a personal trainer for a while to address some issues resulting from not exercising for 45 years. The staff is terrific!! If you’re 65 and older, consult your Medicare coverage and you may be able to have your gym participation cost covered including water aerobics, silver sneakers program, yoga, and more. The dedication and professionalism of the general staff and the instructors are quite impressive. The friendliness and good humor of fellow members is also a definite plus!
