★★L CThis childcare seemed convenient being that they are next door to the preschool. And the flexible schedule was very attractive. However, the times that I needed to interact with the director of the day care she seemed overwhelmed and rude. We were not very frequent users of this childcare so when I needed to resolve some issues they were not very helpful. I tried to talk to childcare director and the owner with no success.
