I went today to get dog food and once again was treated very rudely by the women handing out the food my dogs are allergic to chicken and she said I get what I get either take it or leave it so basically got a few cans of wet food and some treats but nothing really my dogs could eat. You can only go every 3 months and the last 2 times I have gone it has been the same thing she's got a very nasty attitude and not very pleasant when it comes to dogs with allergies I don't know I guess all I can say is if your animals have allergies don't go there because she will just hand you whatever and doesn't care about allergies.

West Side community volunteers are kind and wonderful people! I have used their community garden spaces the past few years. There have been a few theft problems in the area, and a few squirrels getting into the plants, but that's out of the control of the Center.

On October 31st, Halloween night. Took my Autistic son for their Trunk Or Treat. Had an absolutely amazing time. The people serving us were so kind, & willing to satisfy my kids enthusiasm. Couldn't ask for a better time. P.S., also went inside the gym, met a man, forgot his name. But on Thursday's @ 6pm, him being a juggler. Teaches a juggling class which we will attend.
