This is a place if you want to achieve mediocrity. There's no goals or drive, no discipline, no want to achieve anything, no strength training or conditioning, i rarely see any stretch and if it is its not for flexibility... it seems just like a baby sitting service. If you want to learn actually gymnastics this is not the place, just a padded play area. There's a lot of rude and inconsiderate kids who act like everyone is there for them and most of the staff caters to them, which makes cuts into my kids learning time which makes me feel I'm getting ripped off. Management seems to be lacking, very hard to get questions answered, they used to have 3 locations and now they are down to one so their business model doesn't seem to be working, and have a problem keeping staff... their front desk person sits on the desk which is weird, and always on her personal devices. For the most part people are friendly and it's just really a place for kids to run around.

Great little gymnastics studio. My girls love training here. They have open gym each week that I used to participate in open gym as well.

I was on the Xcel Silver level team at Flipshack Gymnastics and it was the best experience of my life. The coaches are the best, especially coach Wayne! You are allowed to be yourself and don’t have to act serious during practice. Being a little goofy is ok! My teammates accepted me even though I’m a little strange because I am on the autism spectrum. Love the gym! I miss Flipshack so much!

My partner and I came here last night for him to get back into his flipping practice again during their Thursday open gym. It took us a long time to find a place with an open gym and we're really glad we found these guys. A lot of places like this only cater to children and teenagers. Anyways, we kinda felt out of place for a while because we were definitely the oldest people there (I'm 30 and he's 33, but we don't look our ages, but especially him since I'm more reserved and come across a bit more serious), but after a while we just let ourselves go and had fun. He had fun the whole time and was chatting it up with everyone there. I'm not a flipper or gymnast or anything (never have been; I'm a yoga person) but after a while I jumped on the trampolines a bit and had a great time. (I did have a great time the whole time.) It's a really cool environment for those who are passionate about moving their bodies, letting loose without being too serious, and meeting people. Seeing all of the teenagers having fun being themselves genuinely gave me hope for the future. We'll definitely be coming back.

My oldest daughter (8) has been going here since August and she LOVES IT. She took gymnastics for a short period as a toddler and hasn’t done it since we started here this past summer and has already progressed so much! I love how they offer incentives to the kids such as junior coach cards, it really motivates my daughter to listen and try her best in order to coach a different class. The facility is clean and all the staff is so accommodating and kind. I highly recommend!
