We love this place! We've been coming here for a couple years now and don't have any complaints. The teachers are wonderful, kind and loving. My kid loves to run up and give hugs to them all. When you walk in whoever is at the front desk always greets us with a smile, good morning and have a great day when we leave. My child felt welcome from day one. The staff knows each kid by name and that makes us feel like part of the family. My child has learned so much this year in Mrs. Alex's class, and can't wait to tell me all about it when I pick her up! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a private school/ daycare facility.

Creative kids has been a great school for my kids. Both of my children are above average testing . My daughter went from kindergarten through fourth grade. We pulled her out for our own preference. She transitioned well into public school, made the gifted and talented program and currently in honors classes in junior high. My son is going into fourth grade and has been there since he was two. I personally feel that the smaller class sizes and more child focused education has definitely helped my children flourish with their education and come out smarter than others learning a grade ahead than the grade they are in. I love the fact that you can have a decent relationship with the teachers when it comes to communication and being fully aware of what’s going on in class And with your child and not having to wait days for a response in an email or a teacher to call you back.

I am writing this review after giving significant thought to my experience with Creative Kids Learning Center. My intention is not to be inflammatory, but to share concerns that I believe deserve to be taken seriously by both administration and prospective families. While the school presents itself as a nurturing and structured learning environment, my experience did not consistently reflect that standard. Communication from administration was often unclear or delayed, and concerns that were raised were not always addressed in a timely or transparent manner. In particular, interactions with a staff member (blonde Kayla) in a support/administrative role were concerning. This individual was repeatedly dismissive and disrespectful when parents raised questions or concerns, and demonstrated a clear misunderstanding of what a support role should entail. Rather than assisting families or helping resolve issues, interactions often felt adversarial and unprofessional. This significantly undermined trust and made it difficult to feel comfortable advocating for my child. Additionally, expectations and policies appeared to be applied inconsistently, which created confusion and frustration. When families entrust a school with their children, professionalism, respect, consistency, and accountability are not optional—they are essential. I believe this school has the potential to do better, but meaningful improvement would require stronger leadership oversight, clearer communication, and ensuring that staff in support roles understand and uphold professional standards when working with families. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the experience for current and future students.
