The Corpus Christi Hooks, the Double-A affiliate of the Houston Astros, run the Hooks Baseball Camp for ages 5-12 at Whataburger Field, with instruction from Hooks players and coaches in fielding, hitting, pitching, baserunning and teamwork. The camp is a three-day half-day session running 9am-12pm, offered in summer and fall, and costs about $150. Enrollment is open to the public, capped at 100 campers per session on a first-come, first-served basis.
