I had a very disappointing experience with Code Ninjas (East Cobb location), specifically around billing practices and lack of accountability. I enrolled my child in a 3-month bundle and made it explicitly clear in person before leaving that I would not continue beyond that period. At the time of enrollment, I also unchecked the option authorizing them to keep my card on file for future billing, so there was no consent for any recurring charges. Despite this, my card was later placed on auto-billing without my authorization, and I was charged nearly $1,000 beyond the agreed term. When I noticed the charges in January, I immediately reached out and requested an audit trail showing where I consented to recurring billing. I received no response. Even more concerning, I was then charged again in February after already raising the issue. The complete lack of communication and failure to provide any documentation is extremely concerning. During enrollment, communication was responsive and accommodating—but once billing issues arose, that responsiveness disappeared. While the program itself may be appealing, the billing practices and lack of transparency have been unacceptable in my experience. I strongly recommend that families get all terms in writing, confirm cancellation in writing, and avoid leaving a card on file unless absolutely necessary. I am still seeking a resolution and a refund for these charges.

I threw my son's birthday party here and I was highly impressed by the center's professional and ease in accommodating my requests. They have many options to entertain kids and customize the party - my son chose a Minecraft theme. They even customized an invitation link for us, which made it very easy to track RSVPs. On the day of, Juanita was such a blessing. She helped decorate, took plenty of great pics, ran the party, and even handled clean up. It was one of the first times that I got to truly enjoy my kid's birthday party. More importantly, all of the kids had fun and the parents were pleased. I highly recommend this experience for your child! It will be one the whole family remembers.

I wish there was an option for zero stars but alas, I have to give it 1 star so that I can give my review. My son was enrolled at Code Ninjas in Northridge California for a few years. He got up to purple belt and wanted to continue when we moved to Marietta, GA this Summer (2023). I called and spoke to the owner on numerous occasions and was promise she would organize this transfer. I even walked into the location and had a face to face conversation where obese again I was promised that this transfer between locations was simple and I would be contacted soon. I am still waiting 2 months later. I tried to call head office and email them and am also waiting for their reply. What a monumental disappointment
