I want to leave an honest review, because after sharing our experience through conversation, I got a lot of “that happened to us too". I am posting this because I wish someone had written this before we committed. We spent nearly $2,500 and almost a year with CCC. We finally pulled the plug because my child was still unable to float solo. When I raised concerns after months of stalled progress, the team switched coaches. The new one wasn’t a good match. We went back to the original and kept hearing the same thing: “every child learns at a different pace.” We did 45 lessons with almost nothing to show for it. Forty. Five. The issue isn’t just the outcome — it’s that no one flagged it. No one came to us proactively and said “we’re concerned, here’s a plan.” To CCC: please invest in tracking your students AND coaches’ progress—any one of the many AI-powered tools now available that can flag when a student is falling behind. There is no excuse in 2026 for a business built on measurable skill development to have no system for catching kids who are struggling or coaches who need more coaching. Parents shouldn’t have to be the ones sounding the alarm. If you’re considering CCC, ask them upfront: what’s the plan if my child isn’t progressing and when do flags gets raised? Happy for everyone who had a wonderful experience. I wish we did too. EDIT: I have to hand it to Chris, she has spent considerable time with me to talk about what could have been done differently and ways that she is improving her operation so that other parents don't have this experience. I've not met a business owner that cares so deeply about client feedback and acts as swiftly as she did to put measures and systems in place so this does not happen again. It feels only right to adjust my review. I won't take the post down because I still think it's really important for Parents to go in eyes wide open (as I wish someone had done for me), but CCC is an establishment that will listen and adjust with amenability.

My son has special needs, and I’ve been searching for places that offer one-on-one swim lessons. After finding Coach Chris Confidence, I truly couldn’t be happier. The team is patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly understanding. The coaches work with each child at their own pace, and after several lessons, I’ve already seen a huge difference in my son’s confidence and skills. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for swim lessons for their children, regardless of age. A special thank-you to Coach Audrey and Coach Ann for being absolutely wonderful with my son. 💜

Honestly, there is no better place to take your kids to learn how to swim. All of my children learned through CCC with Coach Marybeth, whom we absolutely adore. Highly recommended. Clean facility, temperature controlled water. Coaches are amazing. My child trained with Coach Nathan. He made sure the child got comfortable before getting into the water. My daughter looks forward to her sessions. Coach Marybeth was very kind and sweet and helped my daughter get familiar with the facility and routine the first day.
