The City of New Berlin Recreation Department runs the city's summer Day Camp, based at the Activity & Recreation Center (ARC), with themed weeks of arts and crafts, group games, nature exploration, cooking, and science and technology. A Counselor-in-Training program is offered for youth ages 13 to 14.
