Mr. Ortman should be more wary of the employees that work with young kids.

Always clean, always helpful, parking is a lot better than most places. Love going to tournaments at this facility.

Concerned about their misaligned values of protecting coaches my Ortman then protecting my child. Unfit to operate

This club hosts the Circle City Jamboree and it is the worst organized tournament we've ever been to. They used a second facility for some of the age brackets and the place is a dump and over 30 minutes away from their home facility where the rest of the tournament is. A bunch of teams booked hotels via team blocks near Capital Sports Center only to find out the last minute we weren't playing there. Nothing on the AES site mentioning the other location. Also no links provided for ticket purchase prior to arrival and it's cashless so it ends up a huge cluster of parents buying tickets in the lobby and parking lot. The Team Indiana facility, the other tournament location, is run down with bathrooms that need a lot of work. The whole facility smells like pee and parking is a nightmare. We had to cross 6 lanes of traffic after parking in an offsite lot. Very disappointed and hope to never play in this tournament again.

How can I not say anything positive when I get to spend 2 days with my baby doing what she loves. Been a great 2 days. Parking was a bear, but the 2 old men in the front made it worth a smile goes along way!
