Chow's Gymnastics & Dance Institute in West Des Moines, the elite training center co-founded by coach Liang Chow (of Olympian Shawn Johnson), runs a three-day Summer Camp of Champs for competitive gymnasts ages 7 and up (levels 4-10, Elite, and Xcel Gold-Sapphire). Campers train for several hours with Coach Chow's team and visiting college coaches, alongside team-building challenges and activities.
