Great gym for our daughter. We have been at Sapphire for 7 years through the different programs: recreational classes, Xcel team and the development team. Good location and the best coaches around. They communicate very well with the parents. They help all gymnasts achieve the goals they are reaching for. The staff is all very friendly and helpful!!

We’ve been going for 1 year. My kid has learned some decent skills but the communication from coaches is non-existent. In fact at one point my kid had 4 different coaches within a month and half and nothing was ever communicated on it. Getting emails back from staff takes a good 1-2 weeks. Some staff can be slightly rude and condescending on the phone. We only have a couple weeks left to the “season” we signed up for and we will be moving on. A good place to start if your kid is a first timer but go in with your expectations low.

My absolute favorite place! My sons are enrolled in the ninja program and they absolutely love it. My youngest choose to not partake anymore but my oldest has been doing it for almost 5 years. Ninja Simon and Ninja Tom are amazing coaches and super friendly. Kimberly at the front desk is such a sweet person! She is super friendly and honest. If she doesn’t know the answer, she will find it!
