Had a wonderful tour with Childtime. The process of finding a daycare was nerve racking, but Childtime (Hopkins Rd.) was really welcoming and reassuring. The teachers I met on the tour seemed to really enjoy what they do, and it showed with how engaged the kids were. Our family has been using Childtime for three years for two kids. We have enjoyed our time there. They are great with communication and the teachers are awesome. Any time we have had questions or special requests they have been very accommodating. Parking lot can be tight at peak times but have always made it work. They have special events that we try to make to keep our kids involved and have additional interactions with the teachers. There have been a few periods of time where they are tight with staffing for illness or change over but they have been open with their plans to improve. Which while inconvenient they at least are honest. They have cameras in the rooms which we like to check in occasionally and staff is always being attentive. I have never seen someone on a phone. They use an app and provide regular updates which is always great to see pictures or crafts during the work day. It is not the cheapest daycare we originally looked at but not needing to bring food or diapers is convenient when running out the door in the morning. Location for us was a big benefit. Over all a good experience to this point.
