Travel and advanced youth soccer club in Chesapeake serving players from First Start (birth years 2020-2022) and Academy (2018-2019) up through U9-U19 competitive and advanced teams, and affiliated with US Club Soccer, the Virginia Premier League and TASL. Its summer offering is the Summer Training Academy, running June 23 to July 30, 2026 in three age-specific groups with 12 sessions planned and 10 guaranteed, emphasizing game play and tactical development over isolated drills. The format is deliberately flexible with no weekend obligations so families can travel, and the club also runs TOPSoccer for players with disabilities during the year. ★Joshua AltheideBy far the worst soccer association I have ever seen. Practices are only on Monday and it is a clinic style... no one on one with coaches. Then the games are Friday which are officiated by children. Every game it is a 10-12 year-old. Who literally has no training. He/she is taking advice from 6-8 year-olds. We came from Florida and wanted to continue or sons progression, but i feel like this is a step down. My son was grouped with an age group and is playing with a smaller ball than what he is use too. IF YOU ARE LOOKING YOUR SON/DAUGHTER ON IMPROVING THEIR SKILLS. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT FOR YOU. I for one will never ever join them again!
★★★★★Alan PayneBest soccer club in Hampton Roads! We need more support from City of Chesapeake but CUSC turns it up to 212 degrees so we rise up and shape the hearts and minds of thousands of young people. With support or without it, the result is the same - we win on and off the fields.
★Brandon (BK)Son has been playing for a few seasons, coaches are ok for most being volunteers but this club is about money and money only. This season depending on your level of play you may or may not practice on an actual soccer field. What’s the point in paying money to an organization that requires you to buy sponsored uniforms? Shouldn’t the “sponsor” be paying for their advertising? Also what am I truly paying for if they only play the games on the fields? Forking out $500+ to play like 15 games. $200 for mandatory uniform kits along with the fee to just participate. This will be the last season with this organization unless they can actually put their money where it is worth while and utilized better. Also parking is terrible, like seriously your planning for team sizes, games, practices, all the above is poorly ran. Oh and your field conditions are not smooth, filled with holes, rocks, dead grass and rundown nets.
★★VP PThis Club has major parking isuue and cannot sustain the traffic from parents trying to come drop off/ see their kids. You will be staying 30+min on a main road to just get in the park and than when you finally get in and cant find parking you may park just like all other parents on a side, and you will get a ticket from a ranger. So budget in joining this club emotional disstress plus parking fees. The management is not that good to schedule fields for kids to practice. Sometimes there are no lights or poor quality fields in some random places. So that's why we rather drive to VB club.
