Powered by GoogleWe are loving our first season of rec soccer. Our coach is great and the games fair.
Great club for developing youth soccer! I grew up coaching soccer in Pennsylvania and always thought that Virginia soccer players we exceptionally trained in soccer fundamentals…far superior to Pennsylvania youth programs! Now through my experience witnessing my grandchildren develop through training with beach F C I now see why Virginia soccer is far superior to most!
Beach fc has been great for me over the last five seasons. Jason will help me anytime I have a question or a problem. The have many different levels to play at and parents remember all the coaches are volunteers!!
Very unprofessional. After my daughter had her first practice and game we realized she didn’t enjoy it since there isn’t a good structure. We loved the coach Tyler but the issue started when I called to talk about my concerns.”chris crews” answered the phone and was very careless. Every time I was voicing my concerns she made it sound like it was my fault. She shouldn’t be working in an environment with parents if she can’t learn to talk to someone respectfully. Then she transferred me to Jason. I asked if she told him what happened and she of course lied about what I was calling about. He reassured me a little but came to the conclusion that we would take her out until the next season so she could start with the other kids. He offered a refund of $80 two weeks ago. Since then I haven’t heard anything. “Chris” doesn’t answer whenever I called the front desk. I’ve emailed and called and all I got in response was being kicked off of playmetrics and a refund of a different amount then was told on the phone. It is unprofessional to not even get an email or call back about refund but being kicked off of something and the wrong amount returned. I had a terrible experience and will not recommend them to anyone. I was recommended from someone who used to work there high up and even she was disappointed to hear how they treated the situation. Do better!
My teenage son ended quitting soccer, something he loved so much. We have been with Beach Fc for over 10 years, always had a positive and learning experience. This time was different. This new coach they have lets the kids gain up on others. Let alone the coach dose it himself. I tried communicating with the league in the beginning, did what was asked of me. I tried communicating with the coach on different occasions. Not once did he ever reply back or try to make things better. On top of all of it the coach lied to the league about how he handle things. Pay this kind of money for my son to play 4 games. The league even agreed that it was best for my son to go, but let's bully my son and keep my money. Be careful when or if you sign with this league.
