The instructors are highly talented, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping every student grow both as a dancer and as an individual. What stands out most is the school's dedication to building confidence, discipline, teamwork, and a love for dance. The choreography is creative, age-appropriate, and professionally taught, allowing students to develop strong technique while having fun. The performances and showcases are always well organized and give students a wonderful opportunity to shine on stage. We have seen tremendous growth in skill, confidence, and enthusiasm of our son Cyril since joining Char Mar Dance School. Ms. Stephanie at Char-Mar has been teaching my 7 yr old since she was 3 years old. The way that Char-Mar offers preschool dancers a chance while they are in preschool was a huge advantage to us and our daughter loved it. Its why when she went to an elementary school that wasn't on the Char-Mar School program, we started bringing her to the studio. Ms. Stephanie's knowledge of dance and passion for kids has made each dance season and summer full of fun and movement for our girl. She has loved every summer camp that has been full of dance and arts and crafts! Can not say enough good things about this studio and how glad we are to be apart of the Char-Mar family!

I cannot say enough good things about Miss Stephanie and her studio. My daughter has been taking classes with her since she was two, and over the years Char Mar has been like family to us. Miss Stephanie goes out of her way to make everyone feel special and she is probably one of the most hard working people I have ever met. During a time in my own family when we had a really tragic loss, she went out of her way to make sure we felt loved and supported. I will never forget that. This is the best dance studio with the best owner ever!

Char Mar has been my dance home and family since I was three years old. Now my three year old daughter attends Tap and jazz classes. Miss Stephanie loves on my daughter like she is her own and has taught her to be bold, confident and dedicated both on stage and off. I truly believe the confidence she has gained in dance class is helping her excel in both school and social interactions with her peers as well as adults. I also teach classes at the studio and love being a part of Stephanie’s team.
