Seems newly renovated. Quality courts and helpful staff.

I absolutely love this place. I’ve been bringing my sons here since 2022 for tennis and they absolutely love it. It’s does have an early 90s aesthetic but the tennis, camps and tennis pros are awesome. They have all day camps which are great for working parents and the kids really enjoy their time there. We keep going back and are looking to do tennis lessons there as well. I couldn’t say better things about this place ❤️

My son comes here for tennis tournaments. The bad - no covered area where parents can sit and watch the matches. The good - they have an inside area with AC between matches. They also have ice and water available.

First time participating in a junior USTA tournament with King Daddy at Chancellor. The facilities are satisfactory but in need of some infrastructure improvement. There was a security guard at the front gate periodically throughout a Saturday so be cognizant of what personal items you leave in your vehicle. Most tennis courts were in good condition but a couple had crack seams that interfered with ball bounce. It would be nice if there was shaded seating for the players they could take advantage of during their brief breaks. There is minimal seating for parents watching junior players outside so a lawn chair is needed. The facility staff were friendly and helpful. Retrieving the single USTA official could be a little daunting and delayed matches up to 10 minutes. Overall a decent first experience and we would return for future USTA tournaments.

May have been nice back in the day. Now it's near one of the worst areas of Southwest Houston. Seems a little run down. At least it's a great place for kids to unwind.
