We’ve had nothing but great experiences with Champions FC. We came from playing with Stafford Soccer and Grassroots, but Champions has truly been the best environment for my son’s growth. Since joining, I’ve seen a huge difference not just in his skills, but in his confidence. The coaches do an amazing job of uplifting the kids, encouraging them, and really making them believe in themselves. It’s more than just soccer—they’re teaching these kids to dream big and push themselves in a positive way. What really makes Champions FC special is that it’s not just an academy—it’s a family. No matter which age group is competing in a tournament, from U9 to U18, parents and players show up to support each other. From laughter to tears of excitement, we’re all there for the ride together, cheering each other on every step of the way. Champions FC has been such a supportive and motivating place for my son, and I’m so grateful we found it. I would absolutely recommend it to any parent looking for a program that develops both strong players and confident, inspired kids.

I am very disappointed with our experience at this soccer academy. My son has played at other programs and performed significantly better, but here he felt completely left out and unsupported. A coach should uplift every player, not isolate them. Unfortunately, Coach Israel does not create an inclusive or encouraging environment. He often speaks to the team in another language that not all players are familiar with. I understand using another language when necessary to help someone who doesn’t understand, but consistently doing this without including everyone is not fair and leaves some players confused and excluded. Communication with parents is also lacking. If a coach feels a player is not performing well, there should be constructive feedback and open communication so improvement can happen. That has not been the case here. It was also noticeable that his own son receives significantly more playing time, which raises concerns about fairness. Equal opportunity is important for development, and that standard was not met. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I hope the academy takes this feedback seriously, because continuing this kind of environment will push families away.

My son will no longer be continuing with the team. I’m very disappointed with how this experience has been handled, especially because both the coaches and players have been speaking in a different language right in front of him, which has made him feel excluded and uncomfortable, and that should never be happening in a team environment. On top of that, he hasn’t been given fair opportunities to play and consistently gets little to no playing time, while other players who are not performing at his level are given more chances, which makes it feel like there is clear favoritism. I was also told that he isn’t good enough to get playing time, but that doesn’t match what I’ve observed at all, especially considering he came from a strong team and we were and has proven himself as a capable player expecting better horizons, so it’s frustrating to see him not even be given a real chance to show what he can do. As a parent, I can clearly see how upset this has made him, and I don’t feel this situation has been handled fairly or appropriately, so because of this, we’ve decided to step away, and I hope coach Israel you take this feedback seriously moving forward.

This soccer academy has unfortunately been a disappointing experience. We've observed a concerning pattern of bias and discrimination, which is unacceptable in a youth sports environment. Despite operating as a non-profit, the fees are excessively high, raising concerns, especially given their private soccer field and minimal feedback provided to parents regarding their child's progress. There's a noticeable lack of discipline and sportsmanship among some players, with disrespectful behavior often tolerated. Furthermore, the coach's consistent yelling at teenagers creates a negative and unsupportive atmosphere. This academy urgently needs to address these issues to provide a fair and conducive learning environment for all young athletes.

The coaching staff is incredible—professional, supportive, and truly passionate about helping every player grow, both on and off the field. My son absolutely loves going to practice and has improved so much in his skills, confidence, and teamwork. It’s clear that the academy focuses not just on creating great players, but also on building character and a strong sense of sportsmanship.
