The staff truly care about educating the kids on various skills and agility training. I have seen my son and daughter excel in their soccer skills over the past few months of training with this club. I see a lot of complaints on here about people in the community not feeling welcome bringing their dogs to the fields, but I feel that they should remember that these fields are used by children who are running and playing in the fields and stepping on dog waste is something that the staff is trying to avoid.

I've spent most of my life in and around soccer clubs and academies. Sadly, most of my experiences were disappointing--parents are sold on bills of goods, unrealistic promises made to children, coaches who aren't fit to have children under their tutelage. Many academies in Florida operate as cash cows feeding from the hopes of parents and young players alike. Central Academy is the antithesis to this predatory culture offering young athletes an opportunity to maximize their footballing potential through hard work, dynamic training session, brilliant coaches, and an environment that fosters self worth and confidence. The community of athletes, parents, and coaches work in tandem supporting the needs of the children. It's a brilliant atmosphere to be a part of. My son has been a member of the club for 2 years and not only has his footballing development been remarkable, but his self-confidence in general has bloomed. Naturally, he's a shy kid, but the work ethic, team building, positive self-talk, and athleticism CAYSA has fostered in him the last 24 months has put a little swagger in his step. The director is a wonderful man, a dedicated and passionate coach, and he will go to the moon and back for his players. He is the most generous, dedicated coach I've ever known. As a former player, I would have been blessed to have him to look up to, but now I have something better, someone I know my son can look up to and work with for many years to come. It's super disappointing to see so many reviews on this club have nothing to do with football or development. It's a few people giving one stars because they couldn't let their dog off leash on fields that are being used by a soccer academy? Are they aware that public athletic fields are not designated as off-leash areas for dogs? That there is a safety issue when you have 60+ children running around and then some random dog we're supposed to just take on good faith won't react or do something unexpected? If you have an issue with designations, take it up to with the county. Don't just put a 1-star review on a Google page of a small, locally run club that makes elite football accessible to some of the most vulnerable young people in the county.

Been incredibly impressed by the professional coaching and family friendly atmosphere. Focus on well rounded development is primary with an emphasis that hard work pays off and it shows! Coaches are all professional and help develop each player in an individual and collective manner. Happy we chose CAYSA!

Completely unnecessary and disappointing. The owner called the police over a calm dog laying out of the way on an empty field instead of having a simple conversation. Not the kind of leadership or community values you’d expect from a youth soccer organization.

This academy was extremely rude and unprofessional which was surprising and unacceptable—especially in an environment meant for kids and families. Instead of being welcoming or respectful, communication felt dismissive and hostile. Regardless of the quality of training, attitude and professionalism matter, and this experience left a bad impression. I would not recommend this academy based on how we were treated.
