Have you ever heard of a club picking the A team 2 months before tryouts? Once they changed to Florida Premier it attracted kids from many clubs and counties. We also switched and our daughter made the so called "A" team for 2012 girls. We turned down offers from DME, Mutiny, and the Flames. We were told that he picked the best players and they would have a strong team. He failed to mention that the tryouts were for only few spots as they decided to let 11 of the girls from the old Braden River team automatically make the A team. This resulted in at least 6 to 8 girls that deserved the "A" team to be put on "B" team. They did A, B and C teams and rostered 23 girls on the B team to avoid losing any money. The poor girls would find out on Thursday or Friday if they had been rostered for that weekends games & of course those girls parents still payed the same fees while there kids were heartbroke. These kids are 10,11 and 12 so its disturbing that they did this. They wouldn't let parents leave without full payment even when they lied about how things were going to be handled. Florida Premier or at least this one in Bradenton is JOKE, they are money hungry and they don't care about the kids. They lied several times about how the A team was picked, roster size and possible advancement for players. The B team was as good of not better than the A team and that was proven in multiple scrimmages. We payed the fees and removed our daughter from the A team and left the club. Many other parents after us did as well. The lies, politics and lack of care make this the worse club we've been a part of and this includes the clubs my oldest daughter (who plays in college) was also a part of.

Field 1 was in rough shape. Dry, lots of dead grass and bare spots. The ball took some weird bounces as a result. To be fair, it has been dry and hot with little rain and it doesn’t appear to have sprinklers (weird, right?). The overall facility is nice though.

If I could give it negative stars I would. I will never recommend this club and I wish we would have listened to the warnings from other parents that were leaving when we were signing up our son to play. We should have gone the other way and I would encourage anyone thinking about signing up here to look elsewhere. The so called Director, Neathan is not at all competent to run this club or any for that matter and avoids situations by getting rid of parents who speak up for their children. He is clearly over his head and I would hope that some day soon the board will wake up and listen to the complaints. This is supposed to be a great experience for our children however its the furthest from that. Its really a shame because it could be a great place. So from one parent to another I would look elsewhere to take your children, there are much better options with much better management.

Love watching my grandson Kaden play soccer. The fields here are nice and have soccer for all ages.

We moved from out of state and had our teenage daughter tryout for a competitive team. The coach knew pretty much all of the girls and had his ‘team’ picked out before the first night of tryouts was complete. Apparently, having tryouts is just for show. Our daughter sat out through most of the scrimmages while he played the girls he was familiar with. Sadly, she was not given the chance to show her ability on the field.
