Underwater pictures with Santa is just an example of how fun and creative the Carson Valley Swim Center is! We are such a fortunate community to have our beautiful swim center here. The staff is amazing! The classes are fun and challenging and the outdoor pool has a beautiful view of the mountains. It is very well cared for and I love visiting it, working out, swimming and doing fun events like pictures with Santa!

Cvss has an amazing facility. My grandkids frequent the facility quite a bit and have birthday parties there, as well. Their party room is perfect! The "customer service " greeting we received was quite off putting...well...rude! I absolutely understand the checking in process for birthday parties. The front desk lady was just rude and impatient.

Wow! What an incredible resource this community has in this swim center. We are traveling thru the area and wanted to take in a swim for some exercise. So much to offer here! 4 pools - 2 indoor and 2 outdoor. Slides and a splash pad area. Locker rooms were great with private changing areas and a handicap shower stall. Great additional handicap accessible options including rooms in the far corner. We absolutely loved it! Nice they have a daily option for non residents also - which a lot of places do not have. The locker rentals were a great option to keep all of our stuff in while we swam. Nice they have a snack bar too! The staff was super helpful and friendly - especially since it was our first time and had lots of questions. Plenty of lifeguards. Be sure to check this place out - you won’t be disappointed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! (Hopefully they get the swimsuit spinner in the women’s locker room repaired). No photography in locker room areas so I just made sure those spots were empty first to be respectful of guidelines.

Best small-town swimming hole around. Slides, diving boards, pool-side climbing wall, kids splash zone, balls, basketball hoop, lessons, warm pools, cold pools, inside pools, outside pools, pool movie night, floating obstacle course, exercise equipment, hot food, snacks, drinks, pool store, picnic tables, changing rooms, showers, and even bathing suit dryers. Very reasonable daily prices, or buy a membership. Update: Fun place for an after-hours birthday party. Update: Sometimes they play music.

Kids were in the mood to swim and with the cold weather this indoor pool with slides and dive boards really did the trick. Had some snacks at their well priced snack bar. Checked out their upstairs party room that can hold 30! At a fair price. They also have family pricing and are super family friendly. Definitely worth the drive ❤️👍
