Yawgoog Scout Reservation (Camp Yawgoog) is the Narragansett Council's Scouts BSA overnight camp near Hopkinton, running an eight-week summer program where troops stay in one- to two-week sessions across three camps (Three Point, Medicine Bow, Sandy Beach). It also offers day camps for younger children in grades 1-5. Activities include waterfront, shooting sports, and outdoor skills.

★★★★leoThis place is one of my favorites, there’s so much to do from firings rifles to riding ATV’s to sailing, this place does not disappoint. It’s a fun place to go as a troop or as a lone scout and I would completely recommend. One thing on the downside though is that this camp is more meant for returning troops instead of new ones, if you’re a new troop you might feel out of place because of all of the known stuff the regulars understand you don’t. I would still recommend coming here, either for a week-long summer camp out, a Klondike race, or a service weekend.

Our campsite is under a canopy of tall pine trees making for a natural bed of pine needles that I surprisingly soft and comfortable. The lake is clean n set up for fun activities such as kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding and swimming. Plenty of hiking trails and amenities throughout. If you're a scout you should definitely consider coming for summer camp!

Kids were worn out from the heat but just as they passed out asleep on the way home all stated in various forms..."I had so much fun. I can't wait till next year!" ♡ A must experience for every kid.
