Camp White Eagle is a Muslim-owned overnight camp on 120 acres of private woodland near Leaf River, Illinois, bought by The Prayer Center of Orland Park in September 2025 and described by its operator as the first Muslim-owned overnight camp in the Midwest. Its flagship youth program, Camp Ignite, runs three-day overnight sessions for ages 8-18 with each age group in a separate session, alongside longer six- and thirteen-night camps built around Qur'an memorisation, Islamic knowledge and leadership development. The camp also offers age-based summer day camps, family camps, father-son and mother-daughter retreats, MUHSEN-inclusive retreats, and CIT and LIT leadership tracks. Programming is explicitly faith-centred and organised around Islamic values, and the property is also rented to Islamic schools, masajid, nonprofits and community groups.
